The Nest is an ideal base for touring the area, or simply for a relaxing break. The grounds are shared with the owner and beckon to be explored. Guests can take leisurely strolls through the meandering paths. For guests with dogs, the back garden is fully enclosed and there’s a private entrance up to the towpath by the river Welland which can be followed for miles.

While the apartment offers a secluded retreat, the bustling town of Spalding is just a short drive away. For keen shoppers, Springfields Outlet village is within walking distance (or a short drive if laden with goods!), there is also a water taxi that can be taken into Spalding centre here. For those looking to venture further afield, the Nest is ideally positioned for exploring and within 45 minutes you can be at lovely sandy beaches, market towns, stately homes or renowned nature reserves.
