Well presented and built in the mid 1990’s they offer very cosy, comfortable and tastefully furnished holiday accommodation. Enjoy excellent local atmosphere and amenities plus dramatic and spectacular scenery on the doorstep. This is a walkers paradise with good restaurants, pubs, theatre, cinema, leisure centre, golf, tennis, water sports, fishing, bowls and shopping all nearby. Shops and pubs 200 metres.

This was a warm, clean and cosy holiday let, located close to everything you need in Keswick. However, the decor, fixtures and fittings are very old fashioned and the place does need repairs and probably a full refurbishment. The snags are minor e.g. broken toilet roll holder, only 3 mismatched table mats, lights / bulbs not working, but there are quite a few of them, hence we have sent a separate message to Cottages.com with the details.

The main benefit is a private parking space,this means the car can be left and shops bars and bus stops are just a few steps away.The house was warm and comfortable with everything needed for a short break. It was in need of a good edge to edge clean and a couple of minor repairs but perhaps the owners plan on doing these during the winter.
