Bay Tree is a first floor apartment on the main road through Keswick Town centre with all amenities literally on the doorstep, including shops, restaurants, pubs, museums and art galleries. Refurbished to a very high standard, with a leather suite, and quality furnishings and fittings providing an extremely comfortable base from which to enjoy your holiday. You can park you car in the private parking space with no need to use it for the rest of your stay.

This a great place to stay for it's location, and two parking spaces is a big bonus. I'd have given 5* but the light didn't work in one bedroom, fridge was broken and the kitchen tap most of the time didn't produce water. with those things sorted, it's an excellent place to stay. great value for money for the location

Lovely, comfortable clean flat. Had everything we needed. Note there is no wifi but that didn't cause us an issue, we had good phone signal. It's a great location in the centre of Keswick however there was some noise each night from the Wetherspoons opposite. Light sleepers and those early to bed beware. A great base for lots of excellent walks.

Very nice and comfortable home, bit dated with some amenities i.e cd player, no WiFi etc. But you dont pay to stay in all day, but does become irksome with signal interference in the busier months. Great base for exploring the northern fells and easy acces to the town centre. The parking is a little tight but ok as long as you reverse into the bay! A lot of noise at night, especially towards the weekend with people talking outside the Wetherspoons over the road. Overall we had a good stay and would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.
