Nestled off the main road you will find Annie’s Cottage.This well-presented, comfortable terraced cottage is well positioned to enjoy the Haverigg coastline and you can enjoy some stunning walks including Black Coombe. On the ground floor of the cottage there is a comfortable living room, a well-fitted modern kitchen/dining room and a shower room. On the first floor there is a kingsize bedroom and a second bedroom with twin beds. The village has a well regarded local public house that serves good quality local food. The property is located only 4 miles from the historic town of Broughton-in-Furness. Beach 4¼ miles. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 50 yards.

This was our first holiday for a long time as I was a double lung transplant patient Sept 2024, I have had complications since then ,so this was the first time for us to get away. Instantly entering the cottage we said it was ideal ,my Mum who we took aswell said that too. David & Gail sent us information about the cottage, which does need updating a little on the refuge bins and when we settled in we found alot of dust and cobwebs which Davids cleaners should have done, BUT we made the place clean to our standard, as I am on immune suppressants and I have to be safe from infection.The Punch Bowl does excellant food recommend Beef & Ale pieOverall the cottage is situated in a perfect spot for the Beach and lakes, we all had a fabulous time, the neighbours are very friendly and helpful, cosy well situated cottage

Nice cottage on a good location. Supermarket not far and it has a good pub just across the way. Cottage was well presented and plenty of information available . Happy 3 days
