Hawkeshead 5.8 miles. This attractive and spacious, all-ground-floor property, forming part of a barn conversion, sits on the peaceful Graythwaite Estate, near Hawkshead. Grubbings is a spacious, 5-bedroom property, ideal for a large group of family or friends wanting to take advantage of a host of on-site facilities and explore the stunning Lake District surroundings. The property features a living/dining room, with dining seating for the whole group to enjoy meals together, as well as three plush sofas to relax on while enjoying watching the TV and enjoying the warmth from the woodburning stove that fills the room. The kitchen is well-equipped for all your culinary needs, and includes a huge American-style fridge/freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, oven and microwave. There are five spacious bedrooms to choose from, boasting lovely views and ample storage space, including a king-size double with an en-suite shower room, a second king-size double and three twins, catering fr a variety of groups. The bedrooms are served by two bathrooms, so you can choose whether you want to enjoy a relaxing soak in the bath or a quick refreshing shower to start your day. Nearly every room has damp and mould issues even the shared swimming pool area. The yellow after should be in your emails as no signal so had to wait in reply to email if it was safe or not.
