The apartment is perfectly sited to visit many places in the Lake District. It had a nice little balcony overlooking the garden. It had very good quality and comfortable furniture and beds and the apartment in general has plenty of room. I suggest you take with you tea, coffee, milk and sugar as there is none provided, as well as a hairdryer, also not provided. It did seem rather strange having to collect the key from a box outside cottages.com office and then to drive about 3 miles to the cottage, (also of course needing to return it at the end of the holiday ). We are used to having it in a key safe outside the apartment, but in the end it was worth the inconvenience. We would certainly look to book it again if we are in that area.

Clean, spacious property about 5 minutes drive south of the main town. I would highly recommend.
