Sea Star is a spacious and well-equipped cottage in Great Yarmouth, praised for its stunning sea views and direct beach access. Guests appreciate the dog-friendly environment, ample space for large groups, and the cosy atmosphere provided by features like a real fire. The local pub and scenic walks add to the appeal, making it a favoured choice for repeat visits.

The property generally meets cleanliness expectations, but some guests noted areas for improvement such as grime on surfaces and unclean showers. However, these instances seem isolated rather than indicative of overall standards.

The location is highly praised for its direct access to the beach and beautiful views. The proximity to local amenities like a pub and the ease of accessing nearby attractions contribute to its high rating.

Guests find the bedrooms spacious and comfortable, with the house providing a cosy setting for groups. Some guests mentioned poor quality pillows and beds, but these comments are relatively few compared to the overall positive feedback.

The cottage is well-equipped, with a good kitchen and utility room. However, some guests noted tired garden furniture and mismatched bedroom furniture, suggesting that some facilities could benefit from updates or better maintenance.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so lovely to have direct access to the beach. The house is much bigger than it looks on the photos. The beds were all very comfortable. As a group of 6 adults & 2 children the dining table was perfect for us to sit around together. Having a log fire in the evenings was such a treat.Highly recommend hiring a boat fromMartha’s Ferry Boatyard, they were great. We loved our 4 hour sailing trip along The Broads. We enjoyed a visit to Cromer and the Children loved our trip to Hirsty’s Farm.We all agreed that walking on Winterton beach was our favourite. We will be back.

A lovely large family house which we booked for two adults and a dog. We love Winterton (our 4th visit this year - but our first visit to this property) which we booked as we know the road well and wanted direct access to the beach. A good dog secure garden front and back, lots of space for a larger party so plenty big enough for us. Not as luxurious as we thought (mis matched bedroom furniture, rubbish in the garden i.e. old rags, dead plants, bits of wood, broken chair which was cleared up by the gardener whilst we were there) but everything we needed was provided. Bags of lovely hot water, a great utility room for storing boots and dog food and of course the view! All in all a great holiday property.
