It enjoys a peaceful corner of Pinewoods, adjacent to the Holkham National Nature Reserve, and boasts direct access to the Norfolk Coast Path. Take your bucket and spade to Wells Beach, 200 metres away, for soft sand and pine-backed dunes, then explore the harbour town (1.5 miles) for independent shops, bakeries and classic fish and chips along the quay. For grand architecture and gardens, Holkham Hall (3.5 miles) is a favourite. On the holiday park, an on-site shop stocks local produce and daily essentials, and the park’s electric bus and vintage Leyland Tiger offer a simple way to reach town.

Head up three wooden steps and enter a bright, open-plan living space framed by panoramic windows. Sink into two sofas and an armchair set around a coal-effect electric fire and TV, with a generous dining area featuring padded corner seating for long, relaxed meals. The U-shaped kitchen invites you to gather at the breakfast bar, while a Velux ceiling window brings in extra daylight for a fresh, airy feel. A handy utility room by the entrance gives you space to hang coats and leave sandy boots, with room for laundry and recycling. There are three bedrooms: a double with en-suite facilities, a twin, and a triple cross-over bunk bedroom that children adore and adults can use comfortably too. Completing the accommodation is a family shower room.

Outside, a generous wrap-around deck makes the most of those big-sky views, furnished with rattan-style seating and a gas BBQ for easy al fresco dining.
