With a modern contemporary feel and lots of London influences, this wonderful love nest would equally be a perfect holiday retreat for a couple or friends wanting to holiday in a top-notch retreat, within a few minutes’ walk of all the fabulous restaurants and shops that Burnham Market is so well known for. The owners have really gone to town making this modern cottage unique and different with fabulous wallpapers, ceramics and art. The designer touches combine to make you feel like you are the only guests in a boutique hotel. Tom Raffield lighting, Heal's furnishings, Kartell lighting, Italian driftwood table, luxury linens, Dualit kitchen appliances make this a fabulous homestay and one you will want to return to again and again.
With Sky TV you will enjoy snuggling down on a winter's evening on the squashy sofas or on warmer days sunning yourself in the pretty back garden, before planning your day on the beach at Brancaster, Holkham or Wells-next-the-Sea. If you love your history, then head to The Hoste in the village, where you can enjoy the Admiral Lord Nelson exhibition, before visiting his birthplace in nearby Burnham Thorpe. Located opposite the village car park, you can take a short walk into the village to buy fresh croissants or to stock up your picnic basket before you head off to the beach.

Ticks all our boxes. Good location, with parking and Wifi and Sky. The cottage is very comfortable, bathroom upstairs and shower room and additional toilet downstairs. Its ideal to explore the North Norfolk coast, hence this will perhaps give you an idea of what we think about it - forth visit this year and two others planned.

Comfortable cottage in an ideal location, with parking and Sky TV. A convenient place to explore North Norfolk and there is plenty of seafood locally and places to eat. Its ideal for all our requirements, hence we book several times per year.
