It boasts two bathrooms, a ground-floor toilet, a well-equipped kitchen, and a sunroom. An outdoor electric sunshade allows you to enjoy the south-facing garden at any time of the day.
Venturing out, you’ll discover a string of pretty coastal towns and villages offering a variety of habitats, including wide sandy beaches, marshes, and quays. Nearby Hunstanton features the Sealife Centre, seasonal seal trips, and a host of other seaside attractions. Heading east, you’ll pass through local beauty spots like Burnham-Overy-Staithe, Brancaster, Holkham, and Wells-next-the-Sea, with its picturesque quay and narrow-gauge railway that takes you to the beach adorned with pretty painted beach huts. Further along, you can enjoy crabbing on Blakeney Quay.
History buffs will appreciate visits to the Sandringham and Holkham Estates and exploring the Hanseatic Quarter of Old Kings Lynn. Bird watchers will enjoy trips to Titchwell, Cley, and Welney, while wildlife enthusiasts can embark on a deer safari in nearby Snettisham. We stayed at Allawah House over the Christmas week and had the most wonderful time. The property was spacious, clean and equipped with everything you could need and more. The rooms were well furnished, warm and well laid out.We were greeted with a lovely Christmas gift basket which made our stay even more special. Communication with the owners has been exceptional and every endeavour was made to meet our requirements of dates and length of stay.We stayed with elderly parents who both have medical needs that needed to be planned for, and young adults, as well as ourselves ( a married couple in their 50's) and everyone has said what a lovely time we had and how much the property was more than we could have hoped. The garden was very spacious and well kept, although the weather was a little cold in December to enjoy it's full potential. We enjoyed walks in the local area, Hunstanton and Sandringham, a trip to the local pub which is almost quite literally on the doorstep and a lot of games and laughter whilst in the house.The very special memories we were able to create during our stay at Allawah House will last a lifetime for us all.

Allawah House is the best self catering accommodation we have ever stayed in, and we’ve been to Norfolk 14 times. House is immaculate throughout, inside and outside all beautifully put together. The kitchen will leave you wanting for nothing, the owners have provided absolutely EVERYTHING you would want…..and more!Beds were super comfy, plenty of towels provided, the utility room is an added bonus and even had a dog grooming kit in it. I could go on and on as there is just so many brilliant features and f the house and garden that made our holiday the most relaxing we’ve ever had! We loved it so much we’ve already booked a longer stay for next year. AMAZING!!!!
