Set in a quiet location within a sought-after area of Hunstanton, this stylish and rustic ‘upside-down’ house is perfect for two couples or a small family looking for something special for their break. Boasting sea views from the kitchen and dining area, it also has two well-appointed bedrooms, one of which offers a double sofa bed and French doors on to the south-facing garden. With two bathrooms on offer too, this lovely detached property also boasts open plan living with a wood burner and a Juliet balcony from the living room which really allows you to bring the outside in. With original floorboards upstairs, this cottage has been furnished and designed with a nod to traditional country living. The private rear garden is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of something chilled and with a choice of inside and outside dining this really is a lovely year-round choice. Not only is this a charming property but with just a 5-minute walk to the beach with its rolling sand dunes, it is in a great location too.
Close by lies Hunstanton with its many attractions, including seasonal boat trips to see the seals, a Sea Life Centre and a host of other seaside attractions too. And after filling your lungs with sea air, you are sure to have worked up an appetite, and you will be pleased to find list of great places to eat and drink, many of which are dog friendly. With walks from your doorstep this is a great choice for your fur-babies, too, and two dogs are welcome here.
Sandringham, Houghton and Holkham Estates, rspb Snettisham, the Hanseatic Quarter of Old Kings Lynn and so much more are also within easy reach, and you will soon discover why this part of Norfolk is so very popular. I absolutely loved the layout of ladybird cottage… I found it perfect for my two big dogs… The house is exactly as described and the fencing is suitable for large dogs which is fantastic… .. the house is extremely warm comfortable and the off-road parking perfect x

Great location. Lovely property. Nice and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Lots of games, books and dvds to choose from. Sky TV and WiFi.Unfortunately my son suffered with his asthma within an hour of arrival. There was a lot of dog hair on the sofas, cushions and throws. Lots of dog hair on the floors.I messaged the owner 4 days before we arrived but no response.The arrival pack said matches and food waste bags were available, but we had to buy our own.The sofa bed wasn't set up and we had to move it round to fit.There wasn't enough bedding or towels put out for us all.My son burnt his hand on a faulty light bulb in the bathroom.

Lovely house in a great location.Nice and toastie warm after a little adjustment to a couple of radiators.Nice touch with a lit Christmas Tree, Stockings and welcome basket.Clean and well equipped.Comfy beds and plenty of space.Short 10min walk to the beach and town centre.Park opposite to take dogs.Off street parking next to house.
