Close to amenities and the beach. The house was comfortable but could do with a bit of decorating. Some maintenance was required here and there. It did not spoil our enjoyment and we had a great holiday in Hunstanton.

Just a few bits of debris left in some bedrooms. This is the second time I have booked the house. Each time for a different group. We had 5 children and a baby this time with mixed ages up to 10years old. They all absolutely loved the space and the games room. Also Maples is in an excellent position for beaches and town. We actually didn't leave the area as there was so much to do and the weather was very kind. It was great for the two dogs as well.

There are quite a few uneven floor tiles in the kitchen. A tumble dryer would be an asset, especially as there were only 4 pegs for the washing line! We were a family of 9 plus dogs. Maples gets a rating of 8/10 from us.
