Nestled in the seaside town of Llandudno is this beautifully presented, Victorian-style semi-detached cottage boasting a spacious interior, thoughtfully decorated head-to-toe in an uplifting, contemporary colour scheme. The bedrooms are spread over the top two floors, with one of the twin rooms benefitting a lovely en-suite. Many of the rooms occupy a feature coloured wall and plush grey carpet; retaining some original characteristics, the borders along the ceilings and skirting boards add a touch of charm about the place. The large bathroom on the first floor is a marvellous sight to behold, enjoy a fabulous soak in the large bath or step into the even bigger walk-in shower, energising you for the day ahead. The ground floor occupies a comfortable sitting room enhanced by a gas fire and beautiful sofas for you to cosy up on. Spend some time in the orangery where the lantern roof brings harmony between the interior and external spaces, with plush seating and an adjoining kitchen and dining room either side creating a sense of balance. The cottage showcases some quirky, modern fixtures delicately throughout and large dining table is a lovely spot to gather at mealtimes. The sun room flows nicely out onto an elevated decking area which is great for sitting out day or night, with external lighting to guide you through the evening. This wonderful property is located just a 5-minute walk away from the shops, restaurants and pubs, with the beach and promenade providing delightful afternoon strolls in a vibrant coastal atmosphere. Discover the North Shore of Llandudno with its seafront backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian buildings, not forgetting the West Shore offering miles of glorious shoreline. Enjoy the spectacular vistas from the top of the Great Orme and even take pleasure in an evening at Venue Cymru. Charnwood Villa offers a memorable stay to its guests in a fabulous location.
Llandudno lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme and it is these headlands, and the town's two waterfronts, that give this tourist resort its special appeal. The town offers two beaches - the North Shore and the West Shore. For the best views, however, you can reach the summit of the 679ft Great Orme using either the Great Orme Tramway or by taking a cable car ride of over a mile. The town has a selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés, as well as Venue Cymru. Just 4 miles away is the town of Conwy - a designated World Heritage Site.
