The first-floor hosts three bedrooms: a super-king (can be two single beds on request at time of booking), a twin room and a cheerful bunk room for younger children (note: shorty bunks, 180cm long, suitable for ages 10 and under), There is also a modern shower room. The top floor unveils a spacious master suite with a super-king bed, seating area, TV, and luxurious en-suite bathroom. A retreat within a retreat.

Fresh coffee shops, traditional bakers, inviting pubs, seafood stalls, butchers, and supermarkets are just steps away. Whether it’s fish and chips by the sea or cocktails at sunset, Cromer has you covered.
Mainline train station visits neighbouring Sheringham, Wroxham - capital of the Norfolk Broads National Park, and onwards to City of Norwich. We absolutely loved our stay at Surf Cottage. It was extremely clean, warm and comfortable with everything you need for a home from home. Although there is no parking at the property (as clearly stated in the details) it's absolutely no problem to unload the car and find somewhere to park. We didn't use the car until our last day as there is so much to see and do within walking distance in Cromer. Surf Cottage is perfect for families with plenty of room for everyone, a fully enclosed courtyard garden, a handy shower room plus downstairs loo and a full bathroom in the luxurious master suite on the top floor. The cottage is very close to an excellent and popular pub which is dog-friendly and ideal for sitting and watching the sunset. We visited in late March and experienced no problem with noise. The property is so close to the beach that walks are practically obligatory!! Loads of great places to eat and drink as well as independent shops and a handy Co-Op at the end of the road. A stunning church almost next door was the icing on the cake. Communication with the owners and with Cottages.com was also excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend Surf Cottage and would love to return!
