Retaining many original features, this quintessential Grade II listed cottage boasts immaculate interiors with a light and airy living space - a luxury couple's retreat, minutes away from Norfolk's Heritage Coast.

7 Albert Street offers the height of splendour all year round. If your getaway is during the summer, you will benefit from its lovely courtyard garden, and if you visit during the winter months, you'll be able to hunker down in cosy contentment next to the wood burning stove and underfloor heating. Beyond the sitting room featuring with a Smart television, is a well-designed and well-equipped kitchen / diner with a sit-up breakfast bar. On the first floor, accessed by a steep Norfolk winder staircase, is a sunny bedroom with a king-size bed. A contemporary bathroom, hosting bath and separate walk-in shower, completes the first floor. Your dog is welcome too, and outside the private and fully enclosed courtyard is the ideal enclave to keep your furry friend safe.

The central location of this cottage is impossible to beat. 7 Albert Street is a short stroll from vibrant Holt High Street bursting with uniquely individual shops and extensive amenities. Be sure to visit The Owl Tearooms located four minutes away by foot, amongst the best on the coast Erics Fish & Chips is a three minute walk away, Two Magpies bakery also three minutes walk away offers delicious pastries and cakes, and for a special occasion, five minutes walk away is Michelin star restaurant Meadowsweet. The nearest beach at Weybourne is just 12 minutes away by car.The wonderful North Norfolk coastline is about four miles away with Salthouse, Cley, Blakeney, and Morston all within easy reach.

    A beautiful clean & lovely cottage in the centre of Holt. We can recommend the Holt Fish Bar & Owl Tea Rooms. The perfect location to explore the north Norfolk coast.

    We have had lovely time, cottage & location we cannot fault. Lots of nice places to eat, particularly ‘Michaels Bistro’ and further afield ‘Rocky Bottoms’, a very relaxing honeymoon!!

    Thank you for a delightful stay in your beautiful cottage. Highlights – Holkham Hall and Estate, Wells-next-the-Sea, Stiffkey Stores, swim @ Sheringham Beach, Cley-next-the-Sea, East Runton Old Vicarage Gardens, North Norfolk Steam train, The Owl Tea Rooms Holt, Byfords, Indian Taste of @ Holt and the Feathers Holt. Oops nearly forgot the Two Magpies Bakery Holt! All amazing, friendly staff and amazing food. Try the coffee on Cross street very good. Phew don’t think I have forgotten anywhere. We will return!
