Beautifully curated with cedar wood cladding, aptly named Cedar House is a contemporary hideaway thoughtfully designed to invite ample natural light to compliment the stylish and vibrant interiors. Situated on the outskirts on the popular Georgian town of Holt, Cedar House features storage space for bicycles and paddle boards.

Stylishly set over two spacious floors, Cedar House, is entered via an impressive and welcoming entrance hall. The ground floor space flows through to a lively sitting room offering ample comfortable seating set around an electric flame fire and Smart television. The light and bright well-equipped kitchen hosts a Rangemaster double oven and Nespresso coffee machine. A sit up breakfast bar makes a great place to perch to keep the nominated chef entertained as they rustle up a delectable meal made using the areas famous local produce. A circular breakfast table is ideal for gathering together to plan the day ahead over some freshly made coffee. Continue on to the combined open-plan dining room/ family area which boasts high ceilings with triple aspect Velux skylights. Bi-fold doors provide garden views and access to a patio area with accompanying garden furniture. A table-football table is houses in the utility room, which also features plenty of storage space for bicycles and sports equipment, such as paddle boards. For less mobile guests, two of the four bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. With garden access, bedroom two hosts a king-size bed and is served by an en suite shower room. A king-size bed is also offered by bedroom three which is served by an adjacent WC and shares the en suite shower room.

Climb the grand wooden framed glass balustrade stairs to the first floor. A beautifully presented master bedroom boasts a super-king size bed and is served by an en suite shower room. A desk is provided in this room for any guests requiring a quiet place to work or study. Across the landing, bedroom four offers twin single beds, and is served by a good-size family bathroom featuring bath with shower over. All bedrooms have been curated using genteel colours, with beds dressed in good quality linens and sumptuous soft furnishings to ensure that guests experience a much needed restorative deep sleep. Outside, the fully enclosed garden is an ideal place for supervised children or dogs to play safely. A spacious patio area with outdoor sofa seating overlooking the lawn, is perfect for relaxing in the sun. At the top end of the garden, a second patio area with outdoor dining table and chairs beckons guests to enjoy al fresco dining long into the warm summer evenings. Parking for up to three cars is available on the gravel driveway to the front of the house. In addition, on-street parking is available - a real bonus in Holt!

    We had the best week, weatherwise, but the house itself was also perfect for us. We were out and about a lot of the time, but when at Cedar House, the family room, the patio and garden were ideal for 5 adults, a nine year old and 14 month old. The bedrooms were just right, the kitchen very well supplied with equipment, and the utility 'room' was well used. Plenty of space. The first thing that struck us was how lovely and clean everything was when we arrived. That means such a lot! Thank you.

    Well positioned property in a quiet area within easy walking access to Holt and its shops. Good off road parking. All of the pre mentioned made for a relaxing stay at this large property.

    Had a great time in Norfolk at Cedar House with our 2 daughters, husbands and 3 children under 4. The house was beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The children particularly liked the slide, the car and the football game. Beds were the best ones we’ve slept in so comfortable. Had a slight problem with the hot water but Sophie soon sorted it out. Would stay again and recommend for family groups. We loved the beaches at Wells, Brancaster, Mundesley and Southwell.
