A second smaller bedroom features a double lower bunk bed with single bunk bed above. Ascend the traditional Norfolk winder staircase to the book nook - a quaint snug reading room. Please be aware, head height in this small area is restricted. As is usual for Norfolk properties of this age, the bathroom is located on the ground floor. With contemporary tiling, the French-style tub bath features a luxurious rain shower over.

Outside there is an ample lawned garden. Being fully enclosed, this is a safe space for supervised children and dogs to play. Circumvented by lavender, natural hedges and verdant landscape, the garden provides a spectacular backdrop for al fresco dining gathered around the outdoor table.
