With plenty of worktop space available, rustling up a delectable feast made using an array of the area's local produce will be irresistible. When it comes to entertaining, the spacious dining room offers seating for up to six guests to gather together around a charming farmhouse table with views to the garden beyond. A walk in larder, utility room, and brilliantly functional beach store with wall hung bike rack, complete this floor.

All beds boast delightfully comfortable pocket sprung mattresses, with bedding dressed in high quality linens. Curated in white, these bedrooms invite a soothing sleep.

Outside, a large south facing private garden is located at the rear of the house. Landscaped with two tiers, and surrounded by a beautiful brick and flint wall, this space is the perfect sanctuary for relaxation, sundowners and al fresco dining.
