This beautiful penthouse apartment welcomes guests into a spectacular open plan living environment. Providing ample comfortable seating, the sitting area is appointed facing an impressive floor to ceiling vaulted window, affording expansive views across sky, land and sea, plus direct access to the first of two balconies. The well-equipped kitchen provides an integrated electric oven and modern appliances. With plenty of work top space, this the with the perfect place for enthusiastic chefs to rustle up a meal using the local produce that the area is famed for. Seating for four guests to gather around a good sized circular table is offered by the bijou dining area. Dine to a backdrop of stunning views from the floor to ceiling windows, with access to the south-facing second balcony.
The master bedroom hosts a super-king size bed, and boasts a private balcony overlooking the ever-changing scenery of the harbour, with seating for two. This room is served by a stylish en-suite shower room with walk in shower and heated towel rail. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed with panoramic windows sharing the same stunning views of the second balcony. Peewits Penthouse has a great location above the dockside in Wells, great for watching the boats unloading their catch. The Penthouse is very spacious offering a high level of comfort, on arrival it was very clean and had a nice touch with the welcome pack. It’s easy to get around Wells from the accommodation - must tries are the Pizza place just outside, The Crab Shack (must book well in advance) and Flo and Joe for the best coffee and lunch from the BBQ. Get your breakfast from the Deli just outside and visit the Two Magpies for your bakery fix. We will be going back next year if we can book our dates. Wells Next the Sea is a great base on the Norfolk Coast.

A very bright and well appointed property with an absolutely stunning view. It is a good location for walks, and for shops and restaurants in Wells.

Location is excellent with stunning views over the quayside. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Somewhere we would definitely return to.
