About this property
Beautifully refurbished, this 1970s detached house has been extended and given a stylish, modern facelift. Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac only a few minutes level walking distance from the Wells-next-the-Sea's bustling centre, Seashells has private parking for three cars and an enclosed private garden, as well as secure bike storage.
Now a very smart house, Seashells has been refurbished from top to bottom and provides extremely well-equipped, comfortable and spacious accommodation. There is everything you will need for a stay in this popular seaside town. The ground floor comprises an open-plan dining kitchen with french doors leading out to the enclosed garden; a cosy sitting room with wood burning stove and a handy cloakroom and utility. There is a ground floor bedroom suite with double bed and large shower room. To the rear of the house, there is an enclosed garden, safe for dogs to play.
Wells-next-the-Sea is a very popular, year round holiday destination appealing to all ages. The town has a variety of independent shops, galleries, restaurants and cafes to browse and enjoy. The Quay is a great spot for a morning coffee to watch the world go by and see the tide and boats come and go. The Maltings - a fabulous arts and information centre with museum, pop-up gallery and theatre/film venue is a perfect option on a rainy day. Wells beach is renowned for its picturesque beach huts, pinewood walks and golden sands that stretch for miles and miles.
This property is also available as a sleeps eight option including three bedrooms on the first floor, listed as Seashells. As a low occupancy option only the ground floor will be available.
Additional Information:
Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Dogs are not allowed upstairs, there is a fixed stair gate in place at the bottom of the stairs.
Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own linen for the travel cot.

Thank you for a lovely stay - our first in Wells. As just two of us it was very good to have everything we need on the ground floor (especially a tv in the bedroom). Thank you for the Welcome Gifts, much appreciated. The house is so convenient for the town and away. Hopefully we will be back.
