Nestle into the deep comfortable sofas in the sitting room, as the wood burning stove fills the room with warmth and ambient light after a day spent at Wells beach. The well-equipped galley kitchen features an integrated double oven and offers modern appliances. Enthusiastic chefs have everything they need to create a delicious feast made from the fabulous local produce the area is famed for. Plan the day ahead or share food, wine and conversation long into the evening gathered around table in the charming spacious dining area. Upstairs, a grand master bedroom offers an inviting king-size bed, and is served by a fully tiled en-suite shower room. A double bed is hosted by bedroom two, with twin beds provided in bedroom three. These rooms are served good-sized, fully-tiled family bathroom featuring large bath with shower over. Absolutely wonderful cottage. Spacious and in a perfect location. Cosy wood burner for the chillier evenings. Great family retreat.

Great location near the harbour, property was excellent, nice, clean and comfortable, itâs well equipped but needs an additional chopping board for bread etc in the kitchen. Well located for easy access to Sandringham, Hunstanton and Holkham. Lovely walk to Holkham beach dogs loved it. May return in the future.
