The living room offers a large comfy sofa, where you can enjoy quality time with good conversation or enjoy a film, and a wood burner, a perfect place to relax in during the cooler evenings. The four bedrooms offer comfortable beds providing great night sleep, and the master bedroom features an en-suite shower room. There are two further bathrooms, tastefully designed with contemporary fixtures, a rainfall walk-in shower, and another with a bathtub with a shower over. A hairdryer is also included.

The old barn is a fantastic holiday home. The house has everything you need for a great holiday. We had a lovely stay and loved visiting the surrounding areas. Great beaches. Mundesley has a lovely pub, "The Ship Inn," with really great food and a lovely outdoor seating area overlooking the sea.The welcome pack was a lovely thought, but I would suggest some milk so you could make a cuppa when you arrive, also maybe a TV in each bedroom otherwise 8 guest have to share one TV downstairs and with kids/ teenagers it was hard to keep them all happy.That said a great place, and would definatley would definitely stay again

Excellent accommodation, very comfortable and well equipped for our party of 8 adults and 1 toddler. In a great location with a 10/15 minute walk to beach.
