Our premier cottage, with stunning views up and down the River Yare. Woodpecker accommodates up to 5 people with a master king bedroom downstairs, a double and single bedroom upstairs. The open plan kitchen, dining, lounge areas enjoy views on two sides to fully appreciate the tranquillity of the location. A large, stylish shared wet room shower is also on the ground floor. This cottage comes with its own enclosed garden space in addition to a secluded courtyard which overlooks the river…sunbathing or hot tubbing sit back and watch the boats and the swans cruise on by!. Conveniently located, a short 3-minute walk from the cottages, Brundall Gardens Train Station provides a great way to get around. With regular trains, Norwich is only one stop away and the coast just 25 minutes in the other direction.

Building Work

Improvement works to the quay heading on the far side of the Marina from the Cottages will be taking place. Work will be carried out Monday to Saturday and depending on available light, from 8:30am until 5pm. The owners have assured us they will do their upmost to keep any disruption to a minimum.

Security Deposit

£150 security deposit required on arrival. This will be a pre-authorisation transaction on a card.
Group Bookings/Party Types

All single sex groups must be authorised. If accepted, a higher security deposit will be requested. Please call us to check.
Arrival Information

If arriving on a Saturday the reception will be unmanned, if you require any assistance please contact our team on 07501 453586

Fishing permits (per cottage) is £10, payable upon arrival.

Restricted to fishing season 16th June to 16th March. A rod license is required.

For boat hire and activities, call the park Limited availability, please book early to avoid disappointment.

Please note there is a £150 security deposit required on arrival.

Check in times are only between 3pm and 5pm, If you plan to arrive outside of these time please contact the park
