We had a fantastic family break at Belle Vue House stunning views in a beautiful location. The house was spotless and had everything you could possibly imagine, the beds were very comfortable and we found the kitchen dining area to be the hub for a nice relaxing stay. Although a remote location the village is a little beauty spot we had a walk to the pub Moorecock Inn which only took 15 minutes the Landlady was very welcoming, we joined them for a family New Year celebration which was lovely and mixed with some of the locals and we visited another evening for a meal and I must say the food was delicious and plentiful. A trip out to the High Force water fall was another hit a lovely and not too energetic walk to the impressive fall was lovely and then a hot chocolate to warm us up at the Highforce Hotel was expensive but nice. We would definitely stay at the Belle Vue House again there is so much more to explore, and would highly recommend.
