Excellent. We always like to stay in good quality accommodation that is well cleaned and well maintained. This property ticked all the boxes. It is a spacious modern property in Newsham (Blyth) just tucked inside a housing estate. Before you arrive the key code is emailed along with a number of ideas where to go and instructions for some appliances. You walk in and it feels clean and fresh. The kitchen diner is spacious with quality branded appliances. There are dishwasher tabs, some washing capsules and a little hamper. You will need to bring washing up liquid, more loo roll etc but most people do. The bedrooms are clean, one is en suite and all the wardrobes are in the main bedroom which is a consideration for some maybe. Everything worked as it should and we had no problems with any appliances or tech. There is a lovely 65 inch OLED and Sky Q which id guess is bigger and better than many have at home. Outside there is a neat garden with patio set. The garden is overlooked and the houses have families but that's like many on newer estates. It didnt bother us. The location is great for the Blyth South Beach which is about ten minutes walk or drive for free parking. We used the house to travel up and down the coast. We were in touch with the owners whilst there, and we had instant responses. We would happily stay here again. There is a security deposit on the property, so presumably that is refunded soon. We also got a small discount via BLC enough to pay for pub lunch out. Recommended.

We have had a wonderful week at South Beach View. From the moment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations.The house is decorated to a high standard, impeccably clean and equipped with all home comforts that you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen and living areas are spacious and well appointed making it perfect for cooking and unwinding. The position is on a quiet estate and only 10 minutes walk to the beach or train station. The hosts were extremely welcoming ( lovely hamper) and communicated clearly for instructions which made the experience stress free.This home is a home from home and a lot of detail and thought has gone into giving guests the best experience.We would definitely recommend and will definitely return.
