We had a great time at Southview barn. It's our second time visiting - this time for a week. Perfect location with a short walk into Barnard castle and across the road from the Bowes museum which is great, as well as great walks and footpaths from the door. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and beautiful views from the main living space, we all enjoyed watching the sheep and chickens! We hope to return soon 😊

fantastic few day away in this beautiful cottage for new year, very comfy and relaxing, very clean and very well equipped with cooking appliances, shops aprox 10 min walk plenty of them,, we could get the tv to work but i took my own fire stick anyway,, mel sunderland

My wife ,son , daughter and I spent 4 days at Southview barn while visiting family. The barn is amazing , comfortable and spacious. Everything you need is close by in Barny (Barnard castle). Chris was always available should you require any help. Will be going back.
