We stayed at Gracies cottage for three nights. We were in the area to visit Beamish and the Tanfield Railway so it was perfect. We ate out in the evening at the pub just outside Beamish museum which was excellent. The cottage was good for two people and the bed comfortable. We were able to park next to the cottage and although there were two other small cottages next to us there was enough room for all. WIFI and tv were good and we knew about there being no oven so planned for that. Lovely walks just through the back gate into the forest and if there on a Sunday you can see the steam trains. The owner lives on site and was very welcoming. A great weekend.
