This is my second stay and any fears I had that it wouldn't be as amazing the second time were swiftly dismissed when I arrived. The property is truly outstanding and the owners have applied such attention to detail and thought of everything to ensure guests have a great stay. My labrador and I explored the local area, Kielder and the beach at Cresswell - the property's location is great for a variety of different walks. I've stayed in lots of holiday lets but am yet to find one in England and Wales that matches up to this.

Stayed for three nights, on all three nights and days the smoke and heat detectors through out the property was continualy triggered not by cooking or having the open fires lite. When a ranger came to Check the hot tub water he was saying they are aware of the issue but not sure what to do about the sensitive alarms. It was suggested the central heating was too warm which could trigger the alarms.Through the day we just had to put up with the noise or the property During the evening and night we were anxious of when it would sound again

The photos included do not do this justice, this place is simply beautiful. The staff who keep it must work so hard as the presentation and cleanliness are second to none. The little extras such as the collar light for the dog and the potty and additional toilet seat were amazing for our newly potty trained toddler!! The night times really are pitch black, so the dog couldn't get lost! 😍The master bedroom was stunning, to the drapes on the windows and the twinkling lights on the fireplace made this home feel extra special.About a 15-20 minute drive to the shops, which suited us just fine, might be more difficult for those without a car.I would highly recommend this and I have already shared the details with a few friends who I know would love the luxury and peace at this hidden gem 🥰🥰
