Your office knew and should have left note in cottage to that effect. Not a scrap of soap, liquid or otherwise, in building. Also not everyone uses 2 controls to get tv on so written instructions would have helped.

We contacted Northumbria Cottages on the Friday evening of our arrival. After chasing them 3 times, we were eventually got a resolution on the following Wednesday. I cannot understand why is wasn't in the house in the first place and why it took 5 days to sort it out. Disgraceful. 2. We reported that the terrace was overgrown and needed attention sometime in the first week. No action was taken nor were we contacted about it. Equally disgraceful. We have been very happy with Northumbria Cottages in previous years but they seem to have lost the plot. To be avoided....

Views of the estuary were stunning. Very nicely decorated and very comfortable and stylish. Great to have some outside space and a parking space too. There were a couple of issues which began to be dealt with having visited Northumbria Coast and country cottages. It would have been useful to know Sykes own this company, so we could have dealt with them locally. Altogether a great property and hope to visit again.p
