There is an Indian restaurant/takeaway and a pub 1 mile away.
Please note BBQ's are not permitted on-site.

Sea View is a lovely cottage that was just as the pictures showed. We had no trouble finding it and were delighted with the property. It was clean and pleasant, right on the edge of a very quiet village. Excellent value for money and a great base for a wonderful holiday. We used all three bedrooms, cooked in the kitchen, and relaxed in the lounge. The only complaint could be that one of the jigsaw puzzles was missing a couple of pieces. Hardly enough to dampen our spirits!

Well equipped cottage near to Alnwick. Hosts were helpful and friendly and communication with them was great meaning it was easy to get into the cottage. 10 minutes from Alnwick and 10 minutes from the coast so ideal for a weekend in Northumbria. Double bedroom nice and spacious, single room great for one person, twin room would be ok for children but probably too small for adults but house was ideal for me and my mum for a weekend away. Complimentary wine was appreciated :) There is a shop in the village for basics and plenty of restaurants in Alnwick. House is quite dated but for the price and for two nights it was great for us.
