A little to the north of both the Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Northumberland National Park, this fantastic retreat is also within easy reach of the Scottish Borders.
Entering this welcoming property, the wide hallway leads through to the light-filled lounge which features a Smart TV, cheerful wood burner and plenty of seating. The breezy kitchen/diner has a useful range of equipment including a Smart TV and a central island, making this a fantastic sociable space for sharing all your favourite meals. The ground floor also provides a snug chill-out room with a Smart TV, books and games, plus a handy spot for your canine companion to snuggle up. On the first floor the bright twin bedroom and super-king-size room each have a TV and share a stylish family bathroom. There are two second-floor bedrooms: a super-king-size room with a Smart TV and far-reaching views, plus a charming twin room with a view towards the River Tweed. These rooms share a Jack and Jill shower room. Stepping outside, a small patio courtyard features garden furniture and a BBQ, providing a delightful space for dining on a lazy afternoon.
Set in Tweedmouth on the southern bank of the River Tweed, this fantastic property is perfect for discovering Berwick’s friendly pubs, restaurants, galleries, museums and craft shops, and for following the Lowry Trail. Other local attractions include Norham Castle (7 miles), Etal Castle (10 miles) and the island of Lindisfarne (12.5 miles).
