The house is an excellent, spacious, clean and sociable space. The cinema room was fantastic and all amenities were perfect. Due to weather and no awning over the hot tub we had limited use, but we still enjoyed our weekend.

We had an amazing time at the Beaches it was in a stunning location with amazing views of the coast. It had absolutely everything you need so cosy warm and clean. With lots of extra touches of class and luxury. Our kids absolutely loved the cinema room was just an amazing place would highly recommend. Lots of shops locally with nice walks and Berwick close at hand too.
