Dunpullin is a spacious and well-equipped cottage in Blyth, praised for its fantastic location and homely comfort. Guests appreciate the secure garden, welcoming host, and thoughtful touches, including gifts. While minor maintenance issues are noted, the overall experience is highly regarded, with many guests eager to return.
The property is consistently described as clean and tidy, with only a few comments about the need for cleaning the oven and replacing oven trays. The majority of guests found the cleanliness to be of a high standard.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to beautiful coastlines, local amenities, and attractions. The secure garden and nearby riverside walk add to the appeal, although some guests noted the lack of shops and pubs within walking distance.
Guests find Dunpullin very comfortable and homely, with a spacious interior and a secure garden. The property is well-set back from the road, ensuring a peaceful stay. The conservatory and views from the top bedroom are particular highlights.
The facilities are generally well-received, with a secure garden and spacious drive. However, there are several mentions of minor maintenance issues such as the need to defrost the freezer, replace worn oven trays and frying pans, and fix a short shower curtain. These are seen as quick fixes that would not deter guests from returning.
Guests frequently mention the thoughtful welcome gifts for both themselves and their pets, contributing to the overall positive experience. It is noted that such gestures are appreciated, though it is politely stated that they are not guaranteed for every stay.
