Puffin Place sits amongst similar properties in a cul-de-sac, within the picturesque coastal village of Beadnell. This end-terrace house is well-presented throughout, with the kitchen/dining room and the living room being on the ground floor. French doors lead from the living room out onto a decked area, which has a fully enclosed lawned garden. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, with the master bedroom enjoying the convenience of en-suite shower facilities and a Juliet balcony overlooking the rear garden and beyond.
Puffin Place is only 200 yards from the glorious golden sandy beach of Beadnell Bay. This is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, with activities including sailing, kite surfing, sea kayaking and scuba diving. The welcoming village of Beadnell offers local facilities with two family friendly pubs serving food, and a local village shop, which are all less than a mile from Puffin Place. Two miles up the coastline is the traditional fishing port of Seahouses, where there are boat trips to the nearby Farne Islands, which depart regularly from its harbour. Here there are several charming tea rooms, quaint pubs and shops.
A further 3 miles up the coastline is the picturesque village of Bamburgh, which lies snuggled in the shadow of its majestic fortress and commands the power and presence of the seasoned television set it regularly becomes. Holy Island – the birthplace of Christianity and site of Lindisfarne Castle – can be seen from the unspoilt golden, sandy beach. Just a few miles inland is the bustling market town of Alnwick, with its own dramatic castle (and film location for Harry Potter’s Hogwarts Academy!). Visitors will enjoy a trip to Alnwick Garden – a spectacular interpretation of a formal garden including the Grand Cascade waterfall and restaurant within the largest tree house in Europe! Shop, pub and restaurant 750 yards.

Loved Puffin Place. Clean and tidy with everything you need. Fully enclosed garden for our dog with decking and grass area.Around 5 mins walk to Beadnell bay beach.We've stayed in Beadnell a few times at properties closer to the beach, but this wasn't too far away and great value.

Located in Beadnell close to a beautiful beach, the sea is a fantastic Mediterranean blue. Within easy reach of Bamburgh- a bit further for Cragside. Seahouses close by for the boat to FarnislesAs usual rental cottages should be left clean unfortunately there were no cleaning cloths or liquids with which to clean. The gas hob is not clean by the burners and the oven didn’t look clean. The rest of the house is great and comfortable. But if you intend on hanging out washing you may need a supply of clothes pegs. The wind is pretty vicious on the corner of the house and your washing could land on the decking. 😮😥

Been visiting Beadnell for 15 years. Accomodation was great and well equipped. Just a short walk to the Landing of the Beach so very close. Easy to walk t9 the other bars like the Craster Arms or the Beadnell Towers.
