Set back from a quiet lane, this semi-detached property enjoys open views over the Solway coast and towards Scotland. Relax on the amazing balcony area, with seating for all, watch the breathtaking sunsets and open views as you enjoy good company and a glass of wine, move into the large living space with beamed ceilings. The large leather sofa faces the feature wood burner and TV above, perfect for those movie nights in with popcorn and a roaring fire. Downstairs the games room has a fullsize pool table and a further TV, so there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The open plan design on the first floor provides a light and airy space, with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, making it perfect for mealtimes. In warmer months, the outside dining area and charcoal barbecue makes al fresco dining a must. There are sumptuous bedrooms, the master with a stunning super kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath and a rain fall shower, a triple room for the teenagers of the group with their own en-suite shower room, and finally two further double rooms, a family bathroom and an additional wet room complete the layout.

Lovely house, clean, comfortable and beautifully done up for Christmas. (Despite it being mid November). Added a nice touch though and made us all feel very festive.Our contact Kelly was very helpful in the run up and when the weekend came around.The house had everything we needed and loads of games and activities.It was a lovely 40 minute walk to the local village, where we found a chilled of nice bars etc.Overall, a great weekend.

We had an amazing stay at north plain farmhouse with the extended family! The house is awesome and in a very peaceful surrounding with great views and plenty of activities in the house to keep you busy!Although some of the doors and beds were abit creaky - this was the only negative! The owner is very friendly and was freely available to contact with any issues and answered any queries promptly- thank you Kelly!

Everything we needed for adults and children. Great and safe play area for the kids to have freedom while adults relaxed.Lovely helpful staff and a fabulous welcome package that was very thoughtfully catered to our group.Beautiful views from every corner. RSPB trails right next door, more entertainment for the children (free) kids were never bored and computer free for the week. Adults were also entertained all week with all the facilities Thank you so much
