Most guests found the cottage very clean and tidy, with a pleasant smell on arrival and well-maintained facilities. A few mentioned minor issues such as a smelly hoover, but these were exceptions rather than the norm.

The location was fantastic and the kids loved the freedom. The cottage however was very tired. 2 of the 3 tvs not working, a kitchen tap that constantly runs or drips, the sofa and chairs in the lounge have all collapsed so you feel like you are sat on the floor. The front gate being broken was the worst for us, we picked this cottage from the photos knowing the dog could be out in a secure area, but this meant the dog had to be kept in the house all the time and the doors closed. This really spoilt the week. I tried to put a screw in the hinge but it just pulled back out. No cushions for the outdoor furniture and 2 sunloungers that the kids dare not sit on after the youngest went on one and it almost collapsed from the rust meant we couldnt comfortably enjoy the deck either. The floor in the main front bedroom has clearly collapsed underneath and now bows when you walk across it. I would struggle to give it a 5 out of 10 and it would be purely the location and view. What was meant to be a week at the cottage turned into going out every other day so the dog wasn't locked in a house. Really poor, I would not reccomend this to anyone.

This is a lovely location, on the sea front. Beautiful sunsets. The only issue is the bumpy drive down.Could not fault the accommodation.Very clean, and a lovely smell when you first arrive.Plenty of amenities, plates, cutlery ect. They even provided washing-up liquid. The hot tub was a real treat. The only negative feedback, I can give, is that the sofa and chairs are very low with high arm rests, I have rheumatoid arthritis, and found them very hard to get up from, if I had been there on my own, I would have struggled. We did have a problem with the tv in the child bedroom, we think my granddaughter opened the door too hard and hit the tv, when we went to use it, it was cracked. We reported it, we were really worried, but she was very understanding (even though it was a brand new tv) and put me at my ease, I did suggest moving the tv, as it was behind the door.All-in-all we had a lovely stay, would totally recommend it, we will definitely stay there again.

Ludlow bank is an excellent property with everything you would need a home from home. The beds are big & comfy & there are a few tv's include a giant one in main lounge area. I was extremely pleased with the dog friendly outside, plenty of room for our pups, there was a big hot tub & a raised area to sit with recliners. We came home missing a bag & the owner went out of her way to return it safely, thank you.
