This is a lovely house - very comfortable with large kitchen diner and lounge. The bedrooms were a good size with the en-suite bedroom being particularly roomy. Ideal for family visit. We found it a little cool initially so had to turn up the thermostat and did make use of the log burning stove. Outside temp very cold so not surprising. When sat in lounge very loud creaky floorboard noise from upstairs but not really a problem for us. Good take away close by and would definitely recommend the Old Mill Inn for eating. Maryport just a short drive away for other amenities including beach. Garden fully enclosed but lowish wall on one side which some dogs would be able to jump if so inclined. Overall really enjoyed our visit and would recommend.
