The small hamlet of Kirksanton is situated on the West Coast of Cumbria, within the Lake District National Park. Views of Black Combe, Whicham Valley and Lacra Hill can be seen from the hamlet, and nearby the stunning valleys of Eskdale and Dunnerdale provide breathtaking and ever-changing scenery to be enjoyed throughout the year. Local attractions include Muncaster Castle, a World Owl Centre and the Ravenglass to Eskdale miniature railway, all of which provide wonderful and varied days out.

No cupboard or shelving in kitchen for food etc. Bedding not suitable in small double. Plenty of books and games for rainy days. Sofa in main living room broken. Bathroom and toilets all modern and elegant. Location is brilliant lots to do. Pub is 100metres from the house. No shop in the village but a short drive to town.

It is a spacious house with lovely furnishings and is a perfect hideaway for a family or group of friends. The property is only a 6-minute drive from a supermarket, a 1-minute walk to a pub with great food and a 15-minute walk to the beach. If you want to enjoy the British countryside in a big house that celebrates the period it was built, this is the way to do it.
