It was super clean and well maintained. The scenery is beautiful from the cabin which looks onto the hills. The hot tub was amazing. No faults whatsoever and we’ll be going again for again for sure. The location is perfect as you’re close to a lovely town and it only takes 20 minutes to get to Windermere Lake. The host was very welcoming and gave us information on local landmarks and things to do while we were there.

I never wanted to leave. The cabins are roomy and comfortable, had great amenities and were so clean!! Carol and Ian are so helpful and lovely, made us feel right at home. The local town is lovely too. They shared their knowledge about walks, animals, farming, and we loved seeing their beautiful animals. The hot tub was an amazing addition, and it is cleaned every day. The local town is lovely and has everything you need. I felt so relaxed by the end of our trip, and the retreat holds a special place in our hearts, we will be booking again and I’ve already told all my family and friends about it!
