Had a fantastic week. The house was beautiful and clean. The beds and mattresses were really comfortable. The property is well situated for all amenities. If I went in the summer I would definitely have a BBQ. Went to Blackpool by bus just out side the house is bus stop. Every utensil in the kitchen you could want. When we were there the only think we did was to move the chair in the hallway to the front room. As my friend could not sit on the settee as it was too low down. But she is 75. But thank you we had a lovely stay. Definitely would recommend.

Our 3rd stay at Mulberry House and once again it didn't disappoint.Great location for everything in Lytham and surrounding area.House as usual was well equipped and cleanliness was great.Our stay revolved around the large kitchen area.House consist of 4 upstairs bedroom (2 En-suite) with one of the 2 reception rooms being able to be turned into a bedroom which are all very comfy.All in all would highly recommend stay here.
