New for 2022 a stunning lodge with lakeside views one double with en suite, one double and one twin with bathroom. Fibre-optic Wi-Fi. Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room with doors to a private terrace, seating area and an outdoor bubbling hot tub. The kitchen features a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is also a utility room with a sink for washing boots. Early check-in at 2pm is available at this site but must be booked and paid for at least 1 week prior to arrival. Due to the fact that lodges need to be cleaned and hot tubs drained, cleaned and refilled after every guest has vacated, check-in time is strictly 3pm onwards at this site unless an early check-in has been booked prior to arrival".
There will be that routine grounds maintenance being undertaken on the lakes to remove reeds growing in the lakes. This will be undertaken in all the lakes on site and should not affect your stay in any way apart from the slight noise of the machinery on site.

Great Place, Well maintained with good communication from Ian the Owner before arrival. Fishing was good sport just needed a bit more stocking with a variation as alot if the fish were a reasonable stamp but same species in roach & Rudd across all pools with the odd carp and skimmer

We loved having the view and of the lake and the ducks and geese to watch. We also saw little bunnies hopping around. It was very peaceful and relaxing which was great after busy days enjoying the attractions in blackpool.
