Hosts were there to greet us and handover the key etc and we were able to just enjoy the tranquility of the place which was ideal for my brother . There was a secure pen for my Border Collie to let off some energy We were immediately opposite the huge pond which has a pair of black swans - fabulous to see them . Definitely will return next year

Wonderful place , from the ducks , horses & swans to the rabbits that come out on the evening .always something to see . Bathrooms could do with a little TLC but very clean & the kitchen is great, all you need got your stay . So close to all places , StAnnes , Fleetwood , Blackpool. And places in between . Found a great garden centre , fantastic restaurant too . Would deffo go again & reccomend
