There were 11 of us and there was plenty of room. The furnishings, equipment, kitchen etc were all top quality and the decoration of the place is outstanding. The garden at the back is large - it was a pity we couldn't use it because of bad weather - but the games room was a godsend and helped to keep us entertained. We met the owner who quickly fixed a (very small) problem with one of the toilets and he was a very nice chap. We recommend this house to anyone looking for a large group/family property.

Throughout the weekend we had the first storm of the season but this accommodation was the perfect place for our get-together.Would definitely recommend!

The house was as described. Just note that the double bedroom next to the games room is accessed by a steep spiral staircase. Every room was lovely and the house had everything we needed. The hosts were lovely and there for anything we needed. There was local amenities although the most local pub The Blacksmiths Arms was closed there were other places to eat in nearby Penistone. We would definitely return here. Lovely stay thank you.
