For freshening up after a hike, there is a convenient wet room on the ground floor, complete with a washing machine to throw in muddy gear. There is also a bathroom upstairs with a bath, plus a heated towel rail. The first of the three bedrooms is a spacious double room with a storage space. The second bedroom has twin beds and a wardrobe, while the third bedroom is a snug single. In the mornings, why not enjoy breakfast outside in your private garden with a picnic bench? You can sip your morning coffee whilst admiring the village and dramatic surrounding hills. Llangynog is a quaint little village located in the heart of Powys where you can dine at the New Inn, whilst nearby attractions include the stunning Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall and the Y Berwyn National Nature Reserve. There are plenty of walks and cycle trails to explore, including Revolution Bike Park, the Berwyn Mountain range, and Bala Lake (Llyn Tegid) for a variety of watersports. Nearby villages include Penybontfawr with a Post Office shop and Llanwddyn on the shores of Lake Vyrnwy, whilst the market town of Welshpool is brimming with local history and heritage.
