This end-of-terrace cottage in Whitstable perfectly embodies the essence of a quintessential seaside escape. Whitstable is a renowned holiday destination in a charming hot spot, celebrated for its beach, delectable seafood, and quaint artisan shops. It has a working harbour with a fish market and a celebrated Oyster Festival every July. This property is ideal for families and couples looking to enjoy an outdoor holiday with the beach, walking and cycling from the doorstep. Cyclists can enjoy the Crab and Winkle Way while walkers can enjoy scenic footpaths along the Kent coastline. The gently shelving beach is ideal for swimming or paddling with water sports hire during the summer. Whitstable Castle offers afternoon tea or simply wander around the picturesque gardens. There is also an array of live music venues and art galleries. Further afield you will find Canterbury and Faversham, both 8.5 miles away, offering cafes, restaurants, and culture.
Inside, the cottage unfolds into a cosy retreat, combining contemporary comfort with rustic charm. Whitewashed walls and comfortable furniture with splashes of colour create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, while large windows flood the space with natural light. The sitting room has a large leather sofa, two armchairs and a Smart TV. The open-plan dining room and kitchen opens into a courtyard garden. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing home-cooked food for all the family and there is a large dining table for gathering around and a cloakroom just off the kitchen. Upstairs to the first floor, you will find two double rooms, both with Smart TVs and on the third floor is a single bedroom, again with its own Smart TV, and the bathroom.
Heading outside into a courtyard garden, where you can enjoy al fresco meals or simply unwind. There is seating with cushions, a table, and a charcoal BBQ. There is also a garden room with Wi-Fi a desk and an armchair.

Absolutely perfect location and great house layout for multiple people - downstairs WC was very useful as other bathroom is on top floor. Would recommend for a long weekend! If you park up by the golf course then it’s free too, otherwise you’ll spend a lot for the whole weekend!

Lovely, clean and spacious property, we really enjoyed our stay. Outside dining was not possible as there was no table. Everything is on your doorstep and having fabulous weather made our stay perfect.
Mr Evans
