Seaside Place boasts five spacious and elegantly designed bedrooms, one bedroom on the first floor and four on the ground floor.

First floor has amazing sea views and has a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen has an enormous five metre breakfast bar for large group entertaining plus three ovens and two dishwashers. Off of this room is a vaulted kingsize master bedroom with its own full bath en-suite. Off this area is the deepest balcony on Shoreham Beach with far reaching views of Brighton lights to the left and Worthing Pier to the right. Just beautiful both day and night with blue decking lights.
Ground floor is perfect for those that don’t want to use stairs. There is a shallow slope to the extra wide front door. Leading to the Grand Lobby with central staircase in the central Beach room. The Beach room is the second kitchen in the house and has bi-fold doors leading directly to the garden and beach. Off the beach room is
master bedroom two with automatic lighting in the shower en-suite. Direct sea view.
Bedroom three (family room with kingsize bed and single bed) and direct sea view.
Large family bathroom is betwixt bedroom three and four along with the utility room/drying room, two washing machines, heated towel rail for drying all your clothes plus a spare large sink. Side entrance to the house.

Back garden overlooks the sea. Extra-large Argentina Braai in new outside kitchen area. Lots of seating and loungers. Hot tub seats 6/7 with a lounger to watch the sun go down (optional use £200 paid in advance). Boxing bag. Shading under balcony. Gates to the sea. Beautiful and practical gardens faux grassed, no shoes needed and perfect for sunbathing as sun all day.
Secure for children and small pets surrounded by white painted brick walls to give the Mediterranean effect.
Middle garden has a mini golf (5 holes) to enjoy plus swing ball and seating.
Front garden has a picket fence to secure the grounds and is gravelled to provide easy parking for up to 12 vehicles.
Playground parks and bars all walking distance.
For children a highchair and travel cot is provided. Toys, books, puzzles plus adult games (in the store boxes end of breakfast bar first floor and in drawers in media unit).
Mood lighting throughout, fairy and tree lamp lights upstairs which are a favourite to set the scene at night along with the faux fire display. Smart TVs in all rooms and Alexa’s packed with all the music you could want, just ask her. Cosy blankets in the media unit. We have tried to think of all you need to keep every age entertained.
