This newly refurbished cottage boasts a great location and an immaculate interior, ideal for families and friends. Set in the heart of Arundel, you are walking distance to many local restaurants and pubs and you have easy access to all the delights of this popular destination. Upon entering Swan Cottage, the hallway leads to a new kitchen with fitted cupboards and modern appliances. The ground floor also has an open plan kitchen dining area leading off the kitchen, making it ideal for evenings in with a home cooked meal and good company. Relax on the sofa and open a bottle of wine and celebrate among friends surrounded by this stylish set up. Outside you have your own courtyard garden with patio doors leading from the lounge, perfect for sitting out on a warm summers evening. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with its own Juliet balcony and a family bathroom boasting a tiled modern finish. You also have a second lounge area with a balcony enjoying views over the river. Up the stairs to the top floor you will find the master bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Explore the shops, art galleries as well as other attractions and visit one of the many shops, art galleries or other fabulous attractions whilst you are there. The South Downs are a superb destination for walking, cycling and exploring, or just enjoying a relaxing trip away. Arundel is ideally located for Goodwood with the Festival of Speed and Revival and other events taking place. The local towns of Chichester and Brighton are also within easy reach by rail or by car.

The provision of wine and biscuits was a nice and welcome touch. The only downside was the noise from the traffic when sitting out on the balcony. However, this did not spoil our stay.
