The open-plan kitchen and dining room is perfect for enjoying an evening meal altogether and taking in the sea view from the kitchen window whilst preparing your meal. The spacious living room has a double sofa bed, Media wall with a smart TV and relaxing fire and two swivel armchairs in the bay window to enjoy the beautiful sea views - a perfect place to relax after a day on the beach and swimming in the sea.
5 minutes’ walk, East Preston has all you need to enjoy an evening out from fish and chips, Chinese and Indian restaurants, pubs and cafés. Direct access to a costal path and at low tide, the beach offers a huge expanse of sand and is dog-friendly all year round. Just a 30-minute walk along the beach will take you to the town of Rustington, and 30-minute walk from the property is a mainline train station with routes to London, Brighton and Southampton.

We stayed at the Heights for new year break and it was fantastic and really enjoyed ourselves. It was close to the beach to have a lovely walk along, close to the pub (Tudor Tavern - really recommend, so friendly and food and drink was good) The check into the property was easy and the information provided by the owners was really good, We will defo be back! and thank you **
