Split cross two floors with two double bedrooms on the first floor, one with en-suite, and a family bathroom with bath and shower. On the second floor there are two further adjoining double bedrooms plus an additional shower room. The open-plan kitchen and dining room is perfect for enjoying an evening meal altogether and taking in the sea view from the kitchen window whilst preparing your meal. The spacious living room has a double sofa bed, Media wall with a smart TV and relaxing fire and two swivel armchairs in the bay window to enjoy the beautiful sea views - a perfect place to relax after a day on the beach and swimming in the sea.
5 minutes’ walk, East Preston has all you need to enjoy an evening out from fish and chips, Chinese and Indian restaurants, pubs and cafés. Direct access to a costal path and at low tide, the beach offers a huge expanse of sand and is dog-friendly all year round. Just a 30-minute walk along the beach will take you to the town of Rustington, and 30-minute walk from the property is a mainline train station with routes to London, Brighton and Southampton.

The Heights, was an exceptional place to stay. The house is well equipped with high quality appliances, for fully family gathering. Cutlery, crockery and glassware is plentiful, with a well kitted out kitchen to cook family dinners. Carole and Tess provided a full welcome pack and made sure our stay was relaxed and stress free.The beach is just 150 metres away, and the lounge window looks out to the sea. We didn't get the opportunity to use the barbecue or well stocked beach kit.We would recommend a stay at The Heights, for a comfortable, quality stay in an immaculate, well appointed house close to the sea.

This is a great little find on the sunny Sussex coast, ideally located for beach walks. House is furnished to a high standard and everything was clean and well stocked in terms of cutlery etc.Note that the property is on 2 upper floors and will require use of stairs and that to access the back loft room you need to walk through the other loft bedroom. All in all a nice property. Parking and Italian room a bonus . Dogs allowed with extra cleaning charge .

Wow I am almost reluctant to tell people about this place as I want it for myself !! This is the perfect holiday place when you enter the door shoe racks for every shoe . This is a high scale place cutlery glasses dishes every thing you could ever need . Enough glasses for a busy bar and allMatching . The bedrooms are lovely with white quality bedding . The bathrooms are amazing the shower's bath etc wow The best ever towels they are huge Egyptian cotton lovely and white . Air freshener spray in bathrooms toilet rolls etc Every bedroom is amazing with its own personal bathroom . The lounge over looks the sea with beautiful swivel chairs to relax whilst looking lovely big sofas. Huge tv for movie night and colour changing fire place the children loved it . Local cafes and bars all lovely and welcoming .The beach goes on for miles lovely for children to explore collecting shells and numerous cuttlefish . We were lucky to enjoy a small storm whilst tucked up inside the warm home . Will definitely be back in fact we have already rebooked . Cannot wait .
