The Barn in Chichester is highly praised for its spacious, comfortable accommodation and idyllic village location, making it ideal for family gatherings and group getaways. Guests consistently mention the welcoming hosts, well-equipped kitchen, and standout features such as the hot tub and cosy log fire. The property’s unique character, beautiful surroundings, and accessibility for those with mobility needs are also appreciated. While a few guests noted minor cleanliness issues and limited dining seating for larger groups, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests eager to return.

Most guests found the property clean and welcoming, with clean bed linen and towels. However, a few reviews mentioned areas that could benefit from a deeper clean, particularly downstairs and the hot tub.

The location is frequently described as beautiful, peaceful, and convenient, with easy access to local amenities, scenic walks, and nearby attractions. The village setting and proximity to a tea shop and pub are highly valued.

Guests consistently highlight the comfort of the barn, noting its warmth, cosy atmosphere, and suitability for both families and groups. The arrangement of bedrooms and sociable spaces is particularly appreciated.

The property is well equipped, with standout features such as the hot tub, log fire, and spacious living areas. Some guests noted the dining table only seats six despite sleeping eight, and occasional maintenance issues with the hot tub.

Guests frequently mention the hosts’ warm welcome and attention to detail, such as a Christmas tree for festive stays. While thoughtful touches are appreciated, please note that gifts or extras are not guaranteed.

Great location. Lovely tearoom in the village. The pub is temporarily closed but there's a good one (Victoria Inn) a 15 minute walk away. Our dog had a brilliant week with all the fields and walks around the village.Huge property with bedrooms split across different levels. Beautiful renovation with massive ceilings and original beams. Owners are very friendly and called in when we arrived.Could do with a deep clean - there were some areas that were a bit grubby, and the hot tub was very dirty after the jets had been on so we didn't go in. But bed linen and towels were clean and kitchen was well stocked with equipment.
