From Broadstone village there is a regular bus service to Poole town centre in one direction and Wimborne in the other.
Just a short drive away, the historic town of Wimborne Minster is worth a visit, known for its stunning medieval architecture, including the impressive Wimborne Minster itself. The town is also home to the fascinating Model Town, a miniature replica of Wimborne from the 1950s.
The nearby town of Poole, with its historic quay, offers boat trips to Brownsea Island and Swanage. Popular day trips include Dorchester, the New Forest and the Jurassic Coast.

Lovely warm, comfortable bungalow with lots of thoughtful touches. Although on a largish housing estate it was very quiet, with negligible passing traffic. You can walk to the shops and a pub. If you have a dog the gated access to the trailway is a HUGE asset. We would be happy to return someday. One minor issue we had was dealt with promptly by the owner. All good!

The owners have obviously put a lot of thought and attention into the property. The information, detailed in the welcome pack is excellent and was much appreciated. The location is good, with easy access onto The Castleman Trail, which we used to walk to Wimborne Minster and back and another day, using it to walk to Poole (stopping off at Upton Country Park) and back. Easy, level walking too. Lovely property, well cared for, with a nice level garden too. We would certainly recommend this property. Thankyou.
